Meet ES. Bawa

ES. Bawa is a competent professional with almost decade of experience in training, Project Management, Product Management, Program Development, Business Process Engineering, Management Consulting, Branding, and Information Technology Solutions. Bawa has consulted for over 150 verifiable businesses and organizations within and outside Nigeria including government corporations in Nigeria.

Bawa has supported, coordinated, and monitored various projects including Alpha Institute Project Jamaica funded by Cuso International Canada, NNPC Eagle project, Nigerian Customs Service’ Project Green, Quality of Life Africa Project, Who is Who African Diaspora community project, the Directorate of Road Traffic Service online payment platforms, among many others.

He is the 2021 recipient of the innovation and impact award from Westminster Foundation for Democracy for achievements on the FCDO-funded Commonwealth Equality Project and also the 2018 recipient of the Most Valuable National Award by Cuso International Nigeria for his contributions to the Global Affairs Canada-funded YouLEAD project. His tech initiative “tekbro.ng” won the 2023 Resilience Award.

He has been a resource person for staff training for organizations including the Nigerian Ports Authority, Back2Back Ministries, Pekaat Global Integrated, Cerca Africa, ECOWAS Kings Patriot Network, and Crescent Pearls Schools among others.

He is currently a business coach with Cerca Africa, the lead trainer & consultant at Taw Partners (a Training, Management and Research Firm) and chief technology officer at Motherboard Consult (an IT, Branding and Advertising Firm). He also coordinates a tech hub which trains children, teenagers and adults in the use and mastery of various technologies while also engaging community development programs with Rhoda Rose Foundation which he co-founded.
